Centrassi School Children at Mother's Lotus Feet
For sure as they woke up early morning the children from Centrassi School didn't think about the immense blessings that they would receive in the evening, the Holy Darshan of the Devi.
Around 7 o'clock in the evening the famous yellow school bus of Centrassi School turned up at the Palazzo Doria with all the 32 children eager to meet Mother.
As they entered the living room, slowly they settled in meditation waiting to be received by Shri Mataji, Sir C.P. and Sadhana Didi.
Thereafter with their angelic voices the little Ganeshas started singing a few bhajans chorus in Her Holy praise of the Goddess.
After a few minutes the children were blessed to be closer to Mother in Her room, offering beautiful flowers at Her Lotus Feet with their humble namaskars. In the Divine presence of Mother the children started singing "He Nirmala Ma" while Shri Mataji compassionately looked at each and every child in the room.
After finishing the song the children bowed at Mother's Lotus Feet and slowly left the room for yet another big surprise. Since last year Mother had chosen the uniforms for the children, and on this auspicious occasion. Sadhana Didi extended the gift on behalf of Mother to each child who were present there. Shirts, trousers, jackets, skirts, cardigans and kurtas were nicely gift- wrapped and handed over to each and every child by Sadhana Didi. The gifts were presented to the children as Sadhana Didi lovingly hugged and kissed the children.
To make the evening perfect a small dinner was also hosted for all the children. Sandwiches, samosas and gulab jamun were served while these little ones enjoyed their dinner silently watching the video clippings of the moment captured while Sir C.P.was being conferred upon the prestigious Padma Vibhusan award by the President of India for his civil services in India.
Teach him, if you can, the wonder of books...
But also give him quiet time to ponder the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun, and the flowers on a green hillside.
